Fresh Vegetable Juice




This is my favorite juice to make. Not only is it delicious (well, to me) but It's loaded with vitamins and is a great way to get your daily serving of vegetables. I also prefer my veggies raw so I really really enjoy this. Ingredients are:

A cup of green tea (this is the base. I don't have room for a juicer so I just use my blender and strain.)
1/2 beet cut into pieces 
1 celery stick
7 baby carrots (just easier for my blender)
Slice of cabbage
Hand full of butter lettuce
Dill
Parsley
Cilantro
Ice

Juice or blend.

Only thing you taste in this is beets and carrots. I love it! I have it every single day. Best to have in the morning or mid day, not at night because of the caffeine in the green tea (fine if you use decaf).

  1. That looks lovely Sonia! :) I've been wanting to try a veggie juice drink, but never got around to it.

    I'm considering going raw vegan for a few days in the future just to see what it's like. This would be perfect for then! :)
